§ 114.020 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   VENDING MACHINE. Any machine or device from which or through the operation of which bottled soft drinks, packaged candy or other packaged food is sold to the general public for human consumption.
