§ 113.23 ENFORCEMENT.

(A) The organization or company benefitting from the donation container and the host site on whose property the donation container is situated are jointly and severally liable for the maintenance, upkeep and servicing of a donation container.

(B) Failure to maintain, upkeep or service a donation container shall result in citations and fines as specified herein.
