§ 113.04 LICENSE FEE.
   (A)   The annual license fee for an amusement license shall be as set forth in the Business License Fees Ordinance.
   (B)   The City Council is empowered to exempt from payment of a license fee any charitable, school or church function wherein the proceeds of the function are being raised for a charitable or public purpose.
