(A) The Mayor and Council shall meet for the transaction of business at the Municipal Building, 16313 Kedzie Parkway, Markham, Illinois, on the first and third Wednesdays of each month, at 7:00 p.m.
(B) The Council may adjourn from time to time, and such adjourned meetings shall in all respects be considered a regular meeting.
