For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AMUSEMENT. Includes fortune telling, palmistry, astrology and theatrical exhibitions, movie theaters, pool halls, bowling alleys, roller-skating rinks, ice-skating rinks, shows and similar entertainment offered, operated, presented or exhibited for gain or admission for which the public is required to a pay a fee.
PLACE. Theater, auditorium, hall, park, grounds, gardens, tent or other enclosure or area within which it is intended to produce, offer or present any amusement.
