§ 34.59 ESTABLISHMENT OF PROOF.
   Proof of elector status and residence may be established by reference to records of public or private persons, firms, corporations, organizations and political subdivisions of the state, which records contain material competent to establish the status of a person as an elector of the city. Proof of such status may also be established by affidavit of not less than two persons who themselves are duly qualified electors of the city, and who shall have been residents of the city for a period sufficient to prima facie establish such person’s ability to affirm the contents of such affidavit.
