§ 112.062 BASSET TRAINING PROGRAMS.
   (A)   On-premise liquor license holders shall be required to have all employees or agents that serve, sell or distribute alcoholic liquor or whose duties include the checking of identification for the purchase of alcoholic beverages and all beneficial owners, partners, shareholders, LLC members, sole proprietors, and managers successfully complete a BASSET certified training program and maintain a current effective certification while employed by, contracted with, own or manage the licensed establishment. Employees/agents must complete BASSET training within 120 days of hire. Beneficial owners, partners, sole proprietors must complete BASSET training and have a current BASSET certification when applying for a license or prior to renewal of a license.
   (B)   Proof of educational training compliance. Prior to license issuance or upon application for liquor license renewal, the licensee shall supply the Local Liquor Control Commissioner a list of all beneficial owners, partners, shareholders, LLC members, sole proprietors, managers, employees and agents who serve, sell or distribute alcoholic liquor or whose duties includes the checking of identification for the purchase of alcoholic beverages and a copy of BASSET course completion certificate(s) of the certified training program for same.
   (C)   Failure to comply with the provisions of this section may subject the licensee to the penalties for violation, up to and including revocation of the license.
