§ 112.057 INSURANCE REQUIRED.
   No license shall be issued hereunder unless the applicant shall file with his, her or their annual application a certificate by an insurance company authorized to do business in the state certifying the applicant has in force and effect the insurance required by statute. Failure on the part of the licensee, for any cause, to keep in full force and effect such insurance for the full period for which a license has been issued or name the city as a certificate holder on the applicant's certificate of liability insurance shall constitute cause for revocation of such license.
