§ 34.41 BOARD OF TRUSTEES ESTABLISHED.
   There is established a Board of Trustees of the Firefighters Pension Fund which shall be known as the Board of Trustees of the Fire Pension Fund of the city. The Board of Trustees shall consist of the City Treasurer, City Clerk, Fire Chief, Mayor, three active firefighters and one retired firefighter.
