(A) A renewal license must be obtained prior to the start of the city's fiscal year, which is May 1.
(B) The applicant for the renewal of a license shall submit an application for such license to the Building and Housing Department.
(C) The renewal application submission shall include the information required in § 110.17(C).
(D) Application for renewal of license must be received prior to the expiration date of any license currently held by the applicant.
