§ 125.04 VENDOR PERMITS FOR CITY EVENTS.
   (A)   Permit required. All vendors participating in city sponsored events shall be required to obtain a vendor permit from the Building and Housing Department.
   (B)   Fees. The fee for a vendor permit shall be $150 per day for each vendor offering food and drink, unless they have a city business license then the fee is $75. The fee for all other vendors shall be $75 per day.
   (C)   Requirements. Vendors shall be required to provide proof of insurance and sign a waiver and idemnity form for their participation in city events.
