§ 34.05 FIRE CHIEF; DUTIES.
   (A)   The Fire Chief shall be responsible for the performance and operation of the full-time and volunteer firefighters.
   (B)   All persons who are members or employees of the full-time and volunteer Fire Department shall serve subject to the order of the Fire Chief.
