§ 34.02 PERMANENT DEPARTMENT CREATED.

   (A)   In addition to the Volunteer Fire Department, there is created a Fire Department of the city which shall consist of the following permanent positions:

      (1)   One Fire Chief;

      (2)   Deputy Chiefs;

      (3)   Lieutenants;

      (4)   Engineers; and

      (5)   Firefighters.

   (B)   The number of each rank between firefighters and Deputy Chief will be as determined by the corporate authorities.
