For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
REPAIR OR MAINTENANCE. Body work, engine work, washing engines, lubricant changes and parts changes or installation but does not include washing and waxing the exterior or interior of a vehicle.
RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY. Private residential property, including all property used, in whole or part, for residential purposes and shall include a garage located on such properties.
RIGHT-OF-WAY. Means public right-of-way including streets, alleys, parkways, sidewalks and property owned by the city.
