§ 33.62 ORGANIZATION, DUTIES AND AUTHORITY.
   The Police Pension Board shall, on the second Tuesday of July of each year, select its president and its secretary from its membership, each of whom shall act for the period of one year or until such time as their successors are elected and qualified. The Pension Board shall have such additional officers and such duties and authority as provided by law.
