(A) There is created a division of the Police Department to be known as the “Juvenile Division”, which shall be composed of such officers and employees as the City Council may provide for from time to time.
(B) The Chief of Police shall assign to such Juvenile Division such members of the Department as are considered qualified by experience and training to properly perform the functions of the office.
(C) The members of the Division shall be under the general supervision and direction of the Chief and be subject to the same rules and regulations as other members of the Department.
