§ 33.12 FEES.
   (A)   Witness fees.
      (1)   Every member of the Police Department shall appear as a witness whenever this is necessary in a prosecution for a violation of an ordinance or of any state or federal law.
      (2)   No such member shall retain any witness fee for service as witness in any action or suit to which the city is a party; any fees paid for such services shall be turned over to the Chief of Police, who shall deposit the same with the City Treasurer.
   (B)   Criminal history record. Upon payment of a $25 fee, completion of application and a state drivers’ license or state identification card, the city’s Police Department shall issue a criminal history record to the requesting person.
   (C)   Expunging or sealing criminal record. Upon payment of a $60 fee, completion of application and presentation of a signed and dated court order, criminal history information from the State Police Department and a state drivers’ license or state identification card, the city’s Police Department shall expunge and/or seal the criminal record of the requesting person.
