§ 134.12 POSSESSION OF CANNABIS AND CANNABIS PARAPHERNALIA; MINORS.

(A) It shall be unlawful for a person who is under 21 years of age to possess any amount of cannabis, unless he or she is a qualified patient under the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Program Act.

(B) It shall be unlawful for a person who is under 21 years of age to possess cannabis paraphernalia, unless he or she is a qualified patient under the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Program Act.
