The requirements and provisions of §§ 151.45 through 151.47 of the Code of Markham are expressly adopted and re-incorporated herein. A violation of §§ 151.45 through 151.47 of the Code of Markham, any other provision of the Code of Markham related to the regulation of hotels, or any violation of any state law by a hotel operator shall constitute a violation under this chapter.
