§ 33.01 CREATION OF DEPARTMENT; ORGANIZATION.

   There is created a Police Department of the city which shall consist of the following permanent positions:

   (A)   One Chief of Police;

   (B)   One Deputy Chief of Police;

   (C)   One Police Commander;

   (D)   One lieutenant;

   (E)   Four sergeants;

   (F)   Twenty-two patrol officers.
