§ 32.252 REVIEW UNDER ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW ACT.

The findings, decision and order of the Hearing Officer shall be subject to judicial review in the Circuit Court of the county pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Review Act, 735 ILCS 5/3-101 et seq.
