§ 32.217 QUALIFICATIONS OF DIRECTOR.
   The Director shall possess the following qualifications for appointment to the office:
   (A)   The appointee must have at least two years’ experience working in human resources;
   (B)   Must possess strong customer service skills and team commitment;
   (C)   Excellent computer knowledge of Windows, MS Word, Excel and the like;
   (D)   Knowledge of HR policies and procedures;
   (E)   Excellent communications, interacting and writing skills; and
   (F)   Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines on a regular basis.
