§ 32.216 ESTABLISHMENT.
   There is hereby established an executive department of the city which shall be known as the “Department of Human Resources”. The Department shall consist of a Director and such other assistants, clerks and other employees as may be necessary, all appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council.
