§ 32.185 ESTABLISHMENT OF COMMISSION.
   (A)   There is established a City License Commission which shall consist of three members to be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council. At the time of making the original appointments, one appointment shall be for a term of one year, one for two years and one for three years and the successors to each member so appointed shall serve for a term of three years. The Mayor shall annually designate one of the members to act as Chairperson and it shall be the duty of the Chairperson to call and conduct the meetings of the License Commission.
   (B)   Subject to the supervision and direction of the corporate authorities, it shall be the duty of the License Commission to administer and enforce the provisions of Title XI of this code of ordinances.
   (C)   Payment of all expenses incurred by the License Commission must be approved by the corporate authorities.
