§ 32.173 TERMS OF OFFICE.
   Terms of office of the members of the city’s Industrial Commission shall be as follows:
   (A)   One chairperson to be designated by the Mayor and City Council voting jointly to be appointed for a period of one year; and
   (B)   Four members to be appointed for a period of one year each.
