(A) The Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals shall consist of five members, which include the Chairperson who are residents of the city, appointed by the Mayor with approval of the City Council.
(B) All members appointed to the Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals shall hold their office until their successor is appointed.
