(A) The Human Relations Commission may elect from its members a Chairperson, a Secretary and such officers as may be necessary and shall adopt rules of order concerning meetings, committees, quorums, rules of procedure as to them shall seem advisable.
(B) The meetings may be called by the Chairperson or any three members of the Commission.
(C) The facilities of the municipal building shall be available to the Commission for such meetings.
