The Commission on Human Relations shall consist of 18 members, all of whom shall be legal residents of the city and they shall be representative of all segments of the community: religious, racial, educational, labor, civic and management. The Mayor, City Attorney, head of the Police Department ad the Chairperson of Public Safety Committee shall be ex officio members.
