§ 32.105 APPOINTMENT; DUTIES.
   The city adopts by reference, as though fully set forth in this subchapter the provisions of 65 ILCS 5/10-2.1-1 et seq., provided for the appointment and duties of a Board of Fire and Police Commissioners, except that the Board shall consist of five members.
