§ 32.088 POWER TO REQUEST TESTS AS PROOF OF COMPLIANCE.
   Whenever there is evidence that any material or construction does not conform with the requirements of this subchapter or in order to substantiate claims for alternate materials or methods of construction, the Board of Examiners and Appeals may require tests as proof of compliance to be made at the expense of the owner or his or her agent by an approved agency.
