§ 32.087 DUTIES.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Board of Examiners and Appeals to determine the suitability of alternate materials and types of construction and to provide for reasonable interpretation of the provisions of the Building Code of the city.
   (B)   The Board shall adopt reasonable rules and regulations for conducting its investigations and shall render all decisions and findings in writing to the Building Department.
