§ 32.086 QUALIFICATIONS.

(A) The members of the Board of Examiners and Appeals shall be persons who are qualified by experience and training to pass upon matters pertaining to building construction.

(B) In addition to the three appointed members, the Director of Building and Housing shall be an ex officio member and shall act as Secretary to the Board, but shall not have a right to vote.
