§ 32.071 APPOINTMENT.

   (A)   The five members of the Board of Local Improvements shall be appointed by the Mayor and shall be confirmed by the City Council.

   (B)   The members of the Board of Local Improvements shall consist of:

      (1)   The Mayor, who shall be President of the Board;

      (2)   The City Engineer;

      (3)   The Superintendent of Public Works; and

      (4)   Two members of the City Council.
