No loading docks shall be erected within a L-1 or L-2 District unless the front of such loading platform shall be set back at least 65 feet from the property line abutting the street on which lot a dock fronts. No standing, loading or unloading of vehicles shall be permitted where the vehicle extends onto and stands in any dedicated street or alley during the loading or unloading operation.
