Automobile parking spaces shall be provided according to the following schedule and shall be subject to the following schedule and conditions in any district in which any of the following uses shall be established:
(A) Dwellings: one off-street parking space for each family unit;
(B) Places of public assembly including private clubs, lodges and fraternal buildings not providing overnight accommodations; assembly halls, auditoriums, skating rinks, dance halls, bowling alleys, theaters, stadiums, gymnasiums, amusement parks, funeral homes, community centers, libraries: one off-street parking space for each four seats provided for patron use and/or one off-street parking space for each 50 square feet of floor area used as public assembly but not containing fixed seats;
(C) Churches: one off-street parking space for each five seats and/or one off-street parking space for each 90 lineal inches of pew space in such church;
(D) Restaurants, bars, taverns, nightclubs and all other similar dining and/or drinking establishments: one off-street parking space for each 50 square feet of floor area exclusive of kitchen, rest room and storage area;
(E) Motels and tourist homes: one off-street parking space for each guest room, plus one additional space for the owner or manager;
(F) Medical or dental offices: five parking spaces per doctor engaged in clinic;
(G) Banks, savings and loan associations, businesses or professional offices: one parking space for each 125 square feet of floor area, plus one space for each two employees;
(H) Furniture and appliance stores; wholesale stores; household equipment, or furniture repair offices, or machine sales: one parking space for each 75 square feet of floor area;
(I) Barbershops and beauty parlors: three off-street parking spaces for each operator;
(J) Retail stores: one parking space for each 75 square feet of floor area;
(K) Community shopping district areas: one parking space for each 220 square feet of floor area;
(L) Motor freight terminals and local cartage companies: one space for each two employees, based on the maximum number of persons to be employed for any work period, plus one adequate space for each vehicle used in the conduct of such operations;
(M) Manufacturing and industrial uses: one parking space for each two employees based upon the maximum number of persons to be employed at any one work period during the day or night, plus one adequate space for each vehicle used in the conduct of such operation; and
(N) Schools, including elementary, junior high schools, high schools and all other similar institutions of learning: one off-street parking space for each two employees, based on the maximum number of persons to be employed for any work period, plus one off-street parking space for each ten high school, college or university students predicated upon the designed capacity of the physical plant.
