§ 32.003 ESTABLISHMENT OF OTHER DEPARTMENTS UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT.
   There is established a Department of Streets and Public Improvements, which shall be under the supervision of the Superintendent of Public Works.
