The Fire Prevention Code is amended and changed in the following respects:
(1) Page 49, Section 12.5b--delete "The storage of explosives, and blasting agents is prohibited within the limits established by laws as the limits of the district in which such storage is to be prohibited, except for:" Add "The storage of explosives, and blasting agents is prohibited within the corporate limits of the City of Marion, except for:"
(2) Page 102, Section 16.22a.--delete "The storage -- to be prohibited" Add a. "RESTRICTED LOCATIONS" The storage of Class I liquids in aboveground tanks outside of buildings is prohibited within the primary fire limits of the City of Marion.
(3) Page 204, Section 21.6a--delete "Within the limits . . . water capacity;" Add "Within the established primary fire limits of the City of Marion, the aggregate capacity of any one (1) installation shall not exceed two thousand (2,000) gallons water capacity;"
