The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except when the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
AO. Administrative compliance order.
Compliance meeting. Informal meeting with the SIU to discuss the resolution of reoccurring noncompliance.
NPDES permit. Natural pollutant discharge elimination system permit.
POTW. Publicly owned treatment works.
RNC. Reportable noncompliance.
Show cause meeting. Formal meeting requiring the SIU to appear and demonstrate why the control authority should not take a proposed enforcement action against it.
SIU. Significant industrial user.
