Sec. 20-43. Water for consumers outside of city.

   Water may be furnished to consumers outside the city at such metered rates and upon such terms and conditions as may be approved by the council. All connections as well as all meters, meter boxes and other equipment necessary for such connections, shall be installed by the city and shall be kept in repair by the city.
