Sec. 20-21. Service contracts to conform with pertinent provisions.

   All pertinent provisions of this chapter shall govern the terms and conditions of the contracts under which the city furnishes water service to any person, or whereby the city makes any water connections or performs any work of any kind in connection with the furnishing of water service.
