No single vehicle or combination of hitched vehicles shall park in such a manner as to occupy more than one (1) designated parking space at a time nor extend beyond the painted lines of the designated space, except that travel trailers and/or recreational vehicles may park in marked spaces not to exceed two (2) hours as long as such vehicles do not impede the flow of traffic on the street.
