(a) It shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle in excess of the speeds listed below upon the streets or portions of streets of the state highway system as designated in the traffic schedule, an official copy of which is maintained in the office of the city clerk.
(1) Fifteen (15) miles per hour.
(2) Twenty (20) miles per hour.
(3) Twenty-five (25) miles per hour.
(4) Thirty (30) miles per hour.
(5) Forty (40) miles per hour.
(6) Forty-five (45) miles per hour.
(7) Fifty (50) miles per hour.
(8) Fifty-five (55) miles per hour.
(b) It shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle in excess of the speeds listed below upon the streets or portions of streets, not a part of the state highway system, designated in the traffic schedule, an official copy of which is maintained in the office of the city clerk.
(1) Fifteen (15) miles per hour.
(2) Twenty (20) miles per hour.
(3) Twenty-five (25) miles per hour.
(4) Thirty (30) miles per hour.
(5) Forty (40) miles per hour.
(6) Forty-five (45) miles per hour.
(7) Fifty (50) miles per hour.
(8) Fifty-five (55) miles per hour.
