A violation of any provision of the code may be enforced by any remedy provided in G.S. 160A-175. In addition, where the General Statutes of North Carolina provide specific civil remedies for violations of provisions of this Code adopted pursuant to such statutes, such remedies shall be available to the city for enforcement of this Code. The provisions of the code may be enforced by any one (1), all or a combination of the remedies authorized and prescribed herein. Nothing provided herein shall limit the city's ability to secure injunctions and abatement orders to further insure compliance with the code as provided by this section.
