Sec. 18-58. Clinging to vehicles.

It shall be unlawful for any person riding upon a bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, skateboard, sled, rollerskates or any toy vehicle, to attach such bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled or toy vehicle or himself to any moving vehicle upon any roadway.
