Sec. 1-10.5. Same--Continuing violations.
   (a)    Any individual who shall continue to violate any provision of the code after issuance of a citation shall be deemed to have committed a separate and distinct offense from the original violation, regardless of the frequency of the occurrence, if an individual acting with reasonable diligence could cease the action or undertake the action, as appropriate, which is the underlying cause of the offense, or correct the condition so that no violation continues to exist.
   (b)    Each day's continuing violation of any provision of the code shall be a separate and distinct offense, unless otherwise specifically delineated in the code.
   (c)    Violations of the following code provisions which continue beyond a period of one (1) hour from the time that the civil citation or notice of violation is issued will constitute a separate violation of the code for each hour, or fraction thereof, during which the violation continues:
   Sections 3-4, 3-5 and 3-8 of Ch. 3, Animals
   Sections 9-4, 9-101, 9-102 and 9-104 of Ch. 10, Health and Sanitation
   Section 10-61 of Article III of Ch. 10, Licenses, Permits and Business Regulations
   Sections 10-112 and 10-127 of Article V, Ch. 10, Licenses, Permits and Business Regulations
   Sections 11-1 through 11-19 of Ch. 11, Offenses
   Section 12-3 of Ch. 12, Parks and Recreation
   Sections 12-26.1, 12-27, 12-28, 12-51 and 12-52 of Ch. 12, Parks and Recreation
   Sections 15-1, 15-133, 15-134, 15-135, 15-138, 15-139, 15-161 and 15-162 of Ch. 15, Streets, Sidewalks and Other Public Places
   Sections 18-1 through 18-261 of Ch. 18, Traffic
   Sections 20-83, 20-84 and 20-85 of Ch. 20, Water and Sewer
   Subsections 21-7.6(11) and 21-7.6(12) of Ch. 21, Zoning
