(a) No driveway for a commercial or business establishment shall exceed thirty-six (36) feet in width at the driveway opening or throat of the driveway toward the property away from the street.
(b) No driveway for a commercial or business establishment shall be less than twelve (12) feet wide at the driveway opening or throat of the driveway towards the property away from the street.
(c) All radii connecting the driveway to the curb shall be as specified for business and commercial buildings by the building inspector. The radii shall be not less than two and one-half (2 ) feet nor greater than twenty (20) feet.
(d) Not more than three (3) driveways shall be permitted to service one (1) business or commercial installation from one (1) street and then only if the two (2) driveways are at least fifty (50) feet apart.
(e) Any business or commercial establishment located at the intersection of two (2) or more streets and which desires a driveway into two (2) intersecting streets shall construct the driveways so as to comply with the minimum requirements established by the building inspector.
(f) No driveway apron shall extend out into the street further than the face of the curb and under no circumstance shall such driveway apron extend into the gutter area.
(g) At all business or commercial driveway entrances a white line, not less than two and one-half (2 ) inches in width, shall be maintained along the entire width of the driveway or ramp to clearly define the sidewalk area on the property side of the sidewalk.
