Sec. 14-29. Salary basis.

Personnel of the police department are employed by the city on a salary basis after filing an application and meeting the requirements set forth by the North Carolina Criminal Justice Education and Training Standards Commission. Final approval rests with the chief of police and the requirements of the department.
