(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to enter any City owned or maintained park facility other than the community building tennis courts or basketball courts or the City Stage property at any time between sunset and sunrise for any purpose without written consent from the City Manager. Persons renting the basement of the Community Building are exempted from this requirement, to the extent authorized by their approved rental application.
(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to enter the City Stage property on North Main Street between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., except during events approved by the City Council or City Manager, in which case the City Stage property may be entered during the duration of said event.
