Sec. 1-2. City Code published by order of the council.

In accordance with G.S. section 160A-79, "Pleading and proving city ordinances," this city Code, "The Code of the City of Marion," has been adopted and issued in compliance with G.S. section 160A-77, "Code of Ordinances," and this Code, "The Code of the City of Marion," is published by order of the city council of the City of Marion.
