The city will not remove any trees, limbs, stumps or trimmings cut by commercial or contracted tree trimmers or landscapers. In addition, the city will not remove any trees, limbs, stumps or trimmings cut by employees of businesses or nonprofit organizations located in residential units eligible to receive yard waste and brush collection. In situations where it is unclear whether the city may collect yard waste or brush from a residential unit pursuant to this section, the city manager shall determine whether yard waste or brush collection shall be performed by the city.
